12 weeks of trauma-informed 1:1 mentoring

Into Calmer Love

For you if you sense that this pattern is not only showing up in one situation, but runs through your dating or relationships: love quickly starts to feel like hoping, fighting, or holding on. You long for closeness — but you no longer want to lose yourself in it. Over 12 weeks, we work trauma-informed on understanding your patterns more deeply, strengthening your self-contact, and making new experiences of closeness possible.

Over 12 weeks we work on

  • understanding your recurring relationship patterns more deeply
  • making sense of fear of loss, adaptation, inner clinging, or withdrawal in a trauma-informed way
  • strengthening your boundaries, needs, and self-contact
  • reading your nervous system more clearly in relationship situations
  • creating new experiences of closeness where you do not have to abandon yourself
  • building more calm inside you when love or closeness feels uncertain

You receive

  • 6 × 75 or 90 minutes 1:1 online
  • Detailed questionnaire beforehand
  • Small journal or reflection questions
  • Audio impulses or small exercises, only when fitting
  • Short check-ins between sessions by email or voice
  • Closing plan, integration, and next steps
  • A free 30-minute follow-up around 4 weeks after completion to see what has become established in everyday life

What can begin to change

You learn to stay more connected to yourself in closeness, take your boundaries and needs more seriously, and stop confusing love so quickly with uncertainty, waiting, and adaptation.
